The Asia Foundation works with local partners to improve environmental stewardship, economic development, and human health in Asia. By encouraging public participation in decision-making; greater regional participation in global initiatives; and multi-stakeholders environmental management techniques, the Foundation is leveraging Asia’s increasing transparency and openness on issues of governance to protect vital regional ecosystems.
