Eighteen-month pilot project to strengthen public library institutions and support public Internet access in three provinces of Vietnam: Thai Nguyen, Nghe An, and Tra Vinh. The project helps expand public access to information in rural areas and provides opportunities for Vietnamese citizens to improve their daily lives.
