A conference on “Transforming the Killing Field into Healing, Living Fields: Advent of Duch's Verdict” that addressed the concerns of Khmer Rouge victims after the verdict in the case of Tuol Sleng warden Kaing Guek Eav.

Documentation Center of Cambodia

Innovative program aimed at enhancing and broadening the teaching of Democratic Kampuchea history in Cambodia, including a year-long series of public education forums that will reach one remote district in each of Cambodia’s 24 provinces; Teacher-training workshop—implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport—aimed at establishing a working group on reclaiming Cambodian history through a truth and reconciliation process.
