Code of Business Ethics and Ethical Conduct
This Code of Business Ethics and Conduct sets forth the standards for ethical behavior, legal compliance, and business and professional conduct for The Asia Foundation’s employees, Trustees, consultants, and sub-recipients. Every employee has the right to work in a safe and ethical environment. With this right comes the responsibility to act in accordance with the Foundation’s core values and this Code. Adherence to these values and principles is critical to The Asia Foundation’s success.
